Regangan badan 1.       Murid meregangkan badan bermula dari kepala ke kaki di bawah bimbingan guru.	KBT : Konstruktivisme Ilmu : Kesihatan
Pemanasan badan Permainan 1.       Murid berjalan mengelingi bulatan ketika muzik dimainkan. 2.       Apabila muzik berhenti, murid perlu masuk ke dalam bulatan. 3.       Sesiapa yang tidak dapat masuk ke dalam bulatan akan terkeluar dari permainan. Perkembangan Aktiviti menolak individu 1.       Murid mencari dinding dan cuba menolak dengan kedua-dua belah tangan sekuat hati. 2.       Murid meletakkan kedua-dua tangan di atas lantai dan cuba menolak sekuat hati. Aktiviti menolak dan menarik berpasangan 1.       Secara berpasangan, murid menolak belakang rakan yang sama saiz dengan menggunakan kedua-dua tapak tangan. 2.       Secara berpasangan, murid berdiri berhadapan dan menolak rakan yang sama saiz dengan menggunakan kedua-dua tapak tangan. 3.       Secara berpasangan, murid berdiri secara berhadapan dan kaki dibuka seluas bahu. Tangan kanan Murid A menarik tangan kiri Murid B. Murid B menahan dan aktiviti ini dilakukan bergilir-gilir menggunakan tangan kiri pula. Kemuncak Permainan Kecil ‘Ketam Kembar’          1.    Murid dibahagikan dalam sekumpulan 4-6 orang.         2.     Secara berpasangan, murid meletakkan sebiji bola di                 bahagian abdomen.          3.    Sambil menolak dan mengawal bola dengan               abdomen, pasangan bergerak ke sisi dan                menghantar bola kepada pasangan seterusnya.         4.    Pasukan/Kumpulan yang tiba dulu di garisan              penamat dikira pemenang. kami gunakan dalam video kami. Kami telah menetapkan
 bahawa kumpulan kami  akan membuat video pengajaran Pendidikan Jasmani.

dilakukan oleh setiap ahli kumpulan kami apabila membuat
 persembahan video akan datang dan menetapkan tarikh u
ntuk perjumpaan akan datang.
